Neutrality refers to the attitude of not participating or taking sides in conflicts, disputes or wars between other parties. A neutral party’s primary goal is to maintain neutrality and avoid involvement in hostilities or political disputes between conflicting entities. It is an important principle in both international diplomacy and humanitarian efforts, and aims to provide a framework for impartial participation and support in complex global situations.
